How to book
Payment – By cheque or by credit card
Once we have confirmed that your dates are free we will request you to email or post us the ‘Booking Form’ with the deposit or full payment.
The deposit is 30% of the tariff. Please take a moment to read the Terms and Conditions.
The final balance will be required in full, 8 weeks before your holiday.
- If paying by credit card we reserve the right to charge your card in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage.
- If paying by cheque we request a Good Housekeeping/damage deposit of £100 in the form of a separate cheque. This will only be cashed in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning to the cottage.
Payment / deposits are not refundable however we will always try to re-let the cottage and if successful will return any payment made minus an administration charge of £10.
Should you need to cancel for any reason we ask you to contact us immediately and we will try our best to help you out.
We do advise you to take out holiday insurance for yourself and your party in the event of cancellation.
